Creative Cloud Update Brings 4K, HDR Support & More

Adobe reveals a major update for their creative cloud applications, including 4K and HDR support, new graphical capabilities and more.

With NAB just around the corner, Adobe wants to be ahead of the curve with their new update. New features to help video producers to create, deliver and monetize video assets faster than ever before. These include:

  • New capabilities for graphic titles, animation, polishing audio and sharing assets
  • Support for the latest video formations, such as HDR, VR and 4K
  • New integrations with Adobe Stock
  • Advanced artificial intelligence capabilities powered by Adobe Sensei

 

Adobe is also celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Premiere Pro with Make the Cut – a first-of-its-kind video editing competition in partnership with Imagine Dragons. The contest recently closed with thousands of entries worldwide. Winners in several categories will be announced in early May.

Adobe Reveals Major Updates To Creative Cloud Video Tools

Today, Adobe announced a major update to the Creative Cloud video tools ahead of the National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB). This release – now available to customers – delivers a slew of significant new features to help video producers to create, deliver and monetize video assets faster than ever before. These include:

  • New capabilities for graphic titles, animation, polishing audio and sharing assets
  • Support for the latest video formations, such as HDR, VR and 4K
  • New integrations with Adobe Stock
  • Advanced artificial intelligence capabilities powered by Adobe Sensei

 

*NEW Additionally, Adobe announced a partnership with Pond5, further expanding the video offering in Adobe Stock. Sourced from an international community of artists across a mix of modern, highly sought after content themes, such as lifestyle, recreation, sports, cinematic and aerial footage, the addition of the Pond5 video library will give video producers and designers access to one of the industry’s largest and fastest-growing collections – all natively integrated into Creative Cloud applications.
